CONFIDENTIALITY: We are committed to providing a confidential space where client needs are met with respect and professionalism. All discussions between the coach/es and the individual and/or team are confidential, unless otherwise agreed upon. 

THE PROCESS CAN LOOK LIKE THIS:

1. You reach out to mindnet Jarl/ Nadja L. Jarl. Let us know what we can support you with.

2. You have an initial free exploratory conversation with Nadja and chemistry check as well as methodological fit.

3.  If we agree to move forward in the process, we finalise a proposal, including proposed formats, a rough development plan, other practitioner/s (if needed) and financial investment. Our proposal is customized to your needs.

4. We pencil down the dates of delivery.

5. We deliver the learning experiences either in-person or through Zoom/Teams.

6. We incorporate check-ins, forward momentum reviews and activation of new learning insights to optimize value.
