Life-long curious learner. I am certified in numerous industry-recognized coaching tools including design thinking, positive psychology and certified to International Coaching Federation (ICF)  Standard. I am an EMCC (European and Mentoring and Coaching Council) Accredited Team Coach and accredited Executive Coach (Senior Practitioner) and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach*.  My systemic team coaching approach is informed by Peter Hawkins', Chairman of Renewal Associates and Professor of Leadership at Henley Business School, Co-dean of GTCI, Systemic Team Coaching model**.

* "The prestigious Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) designation is the most rigorous and respected in the industry. Accredited with the International Coach Federation (ICF), our Co-Active coach training program has been called the “gold standard” of coaching by the Institute of Coaching, a Harvard Medical School affiliate that has linked the four cornerstones of the Co-Active Model to evidence-based scientific research for its effectiveness." **  What is Systemic Team Coaching ® ? A process by which a team coach works with a whole team, both when they are together and when they are apart, in order to help them improve both their collective performance and how they work together, and also how they develop their collective leadership to more effectively engage with all their key stakeholder groups to jointly transform the wider business. Some Background.

Awards ceremony, Nadja Jarl 2018

With extensive experience within a specialized agency of the United Nations prior to founding mindnet Jarl, I am supporting the Sustainable Development Goals.

I was honored to receive an Individual Merit Award from Director-General Li Yong of  a specialized agency of the United Nations in 2018, recognizing my contributions to its 2016-2017 operations and management priorities. This award highlights my commitment to learning, development, and coaching in leadership development.

From the Nordics, I grew up in Sweden with roots in both Finland and Sweden. I later had the opportunity to travel, work and live in various countries, including Austria, Iceland, and Switzerland. Nature and culture have always been, and continue to be, an important source of inspiration.
